Lets try to go to safe mode if possible, or take some parts you recently installed, is your vga cable loose on graphics card or primary intel adapter,? also your mouse can be used when holding the wireless adapter if your using a wireless mouse… or try plugging it in another usb port kk? If those dont work you can go inside your computer and find the battery kk? Take it out wait 2 mins or so or dont wait put it back inside and it should boot up correctly…….. It only resets Bios No harm!! If those dont work why dont you call a comp geek or just go buy a new computer if possible….
